 Client draft, corrections, and completed order are emailed | faxed | mailed
Detailed client questionnaires are provided for each client
Client phone consultation is available upon client request
Free 'Résume Review' is a no-charge or obligation service
Draft Delivery Policy
- Draft delivery time has an estimated one week turn-around.
- Rush orders need to be approved by Image Résumes before proceeding and require an additional charge.
Review | Revisions
- Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client (no exceptions).
- Fees include one-time review and free revision opportunity of your draft documents.
- Additional changes will require an hourly charge of $65.00 after final edits and order is completed.
- Any Image Résume errors will be corrected at no charge during the draft proofing period.
Please review your draft multiple times for any errors and changes before submitting final printing.
 Deposit | Order Payment
- 80% payment of total order is due when layout and text construction of résume is started.
- Full payment of the total order is required before all drafts are released.
- If a client decides to discontinue use of services before draft is completed, an administrative processing fee will be charged before a refund is provided.
Résume Updating For Previous Clients
Includes:
- New address | phone number
- New job dates | title and responsibilities
- Additional educational information
Past Clients Updates:
- Past client updating is based on an hourly rate of $65.00.
- All past clients must be in our Image Résume database.
- Postage and handling of orders will be an added in charge.
- All outgoing mail will be sent standard mail.
- All orders must be paid in full before updated order is released.
This is a basic information update, not a complete rewrite or redesign
Confidentiality
- All client information is kept confidential | secure and will not be sold, reused, or otherwise disclosed without the permission of the client.
- Similar formats may used for specific job industries, however, client information will never be duplicated.
